Formula Health connects members with independent licensed physicians for one-to-one consultations — when you want a clinician's eyes on your data, your labs, or a specific health question.
How it works
These physicians practice independently. They hold the patient relationship, and they make every clinical decision with you — from a question about a single marker to ongoing chronic disease management. They bill you directly.
Formula Health is a technology platform. We connect you. If you choose, you can bring your visit results and new biomarkers back into Formula Health, so CORA continues to understand you as time goes on. We do not employ physicians, deliver clinical care, or take payment for consultations. You and your physician create the plan that's right for you.
Connecting with a physician is a feature of the Unified Health OS that Formula Health provides its members.
