›I paid on the website. How do I sign in to the app?
Download Formula Health from the App Store, open it, and choose “Sign in with magic code.” Enter the email you used at checkout — we'll send a one-time code to that email. Codes are valid for a few minutes; if it expires, just request a new one.
›How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Formula Health app, go to Profile, and tap Manage Subscription. You can also email billing@formula-health.com. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
›Is Formula Health a substitute for my doctor?
No. Formula Health is a wellness and health-optimization service. CORA provides educational guidance based on the data you give it. For diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions, you should consult a licensed clinician. Independent Physicians available through PEAK plans are independent professionals delivering care under their own practices.
